Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments with precision, ensuring packages are securely packed, labeled, and routed accurately.
• Manage and track all courier services, maintaining close communication with drivers and dispatch for timely delivery.
• Keep accurate records of all shipments and deliveries, utilizing basic computer skills to track and update inventory and courier logs.
• Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth, coordinated operations while keeping the workspace clean and organized.
• Inspect shipments for quality and accuracy, guaranteeing all items are in excellent condition upon receipt and dispatch.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or courier services is a plus, but comprehensive training is provided.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks preferred (certification is a bonus).
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
