About the position
The Shipping & Receiving position at Rainstamp Manufacturing involves supporting the team by efficiently picking, packing, and loading/unloading pallets and boxes. This full-time role requires physical stamina as employees will be on their feet for most of the day, contributing to the overall operations of the warehouse.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack items for shipping.
- Load and unload pallets and boxes.
- Maintain organization in the warehouse.
- Handle petty cash as needed.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety rules.
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and climb throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds individually and team lift 100 pounds.
- Willingness to operate a forklift and pallet jack after training.
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
