About The Position
The Receiving Associate is responsible for unloading and sorting merchandise cartons received on trailers, ensuring that new merchandise is moved to the appropriate processing drop zone safely and efficiently. This role involves unpacking and preparing merchandise for the sales floor, maintaining cleanliness in the receiving area, and providing excellent customer service. The position requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, particularly during peak demand periods.
