About the position

The Shop Manager at Take 5 Oil Change is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of 8-12 employees. This role involves maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, monitoring inventory, and addressing customer complaints while adhering to company policies and goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive an experience that exceeds industry standards.
• Build and oversee a team of 8-12 individuals including assistant managers and technicians.
• Communicate the benefits of products and services to customers.
• Develop team members and maintain open communication.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed.
• Maintain communication with the District Manager regarding policies and budgets.
• Handle customer complaints strategically.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sales management is preferred.
