About the position

The Shop Manager (SM) at Driven Assets, LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, ensuring excellent customer service, managing team performance, and maintaining inventory control. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while supporting the career growth of team members.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• Motivating the team and holding them accountable for performance.
• Checking in with customers to ensure a positive experience before they leave the shop.
• Ensuring the crew actively provides excellent customer service.
• Controlling inventory by conducting End of Period (EOP) and End of Year (EOY) inventory checks.
• Placing product orders as needed.
• Understanding the shop's financials to drive results and meet budget goals.
• Conducting quarterly employee evaluations.
• Submitting payroll for the team.
• Creating crew schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Ability to lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Hands-on, on-site leadership required.
