About the position
American Bridge is seeking resumes for a Lead Field Mechanic to assist with the troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of various pieces of equipment used in the Heavy Civil Construction Industry to include Cranes, Crawlers, Compressors, Welders, and various sizes of Diesel Trucks. We provide all the necessary tools and vehicle for this position.
Responsibilities
- Work in the equipment yard as well as the field as needed.
- Direct a small group of mechanics and ensure organization and initiative in tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Technical training on diesel and/or heavy equipment is required.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
Nice-to-haves
- A CDL License would be a plus.
