About the position
Rope.com is seeking an experienced e-commerce and online marketing professional to manage vendor product data for their Shopify website and other marketplace channels like Amazon. The role involves effective communication with vendors, data organization, and marketing strategy implementation to achieve growth goals in a start-up environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor product data for the Shopify website and Amazon marketplace.
- Communicate professionally with vendors regarding product information.
- Organize and cultivate product data using Excel.
- Implement marketing strategies using Google Adwords and Facebook.
- Work collaboratively in a small business environment, wearing multiple hats as needed.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce (required).
- 5 years of experience in internet marketing (required).
- 2 years of experience with Amazon (preferred).
- 3 years of experience with Shopify (preferred).
- 1 year of experience with Product Information Management (PIM) (preferred).
- 5 years of experience with Excel (required).
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Google Adwords and Facebook marketing.
- Ability to work in a start-up environment.
