About the position

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a headless Shopify storefront using Next.js.
• Integrate Shopify Storefront API (GraphQL) with Next.js for seamless data retrieval.
• Build and optimize custom components for the frontend using React and Next.js.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create a high-performance, user-friendly e-commerce experience.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure a smooth user experience across all devices.
• Ensure best practices in SEO, accessibility, and web performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Shopify and headless e-commerce setups.
• Proficiency in Next.js and React, with a deep understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Strong experience with Shopify Storefront API (GraphQL) or Admin API.
• Solid understanding of modern JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with deployment on platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with SEO optimization for e-commerce websites.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Prior experience working with Shopify Plus is a plus.
