Dexis Consulting Group (Dexis) is seeking a Communications and Reporting Specialist for a short-term consultancy role within the Guatemala Justice and Transparency Project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). This position is crucial for enhancing the effectiveness of security and justice sector institutions in Guatemala, aiming to reduce corruption and impunity. The selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing past quarterly performance reports and other relevant documents, collecting recent information from the Project's technical team, and drafting the Annual Technical Report for FY2024. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to produce clear, engaging, and well-structured documents tailored to the intended audience. The primary objective of this consultancy is to ensure that all reports and documents reflect the Project's main activities and outcomes accurately. The Communications and Reporting Specialist will conduct interviews with various stakeholders, including counterparts, beneficiaries, and grantees, to gather pertinent information for the technical report and success stories. Additionally, the specialist will translate inputs from the technical team into English, ensuring that the final documents adhere to USAID's reporting and branding requirements. Regular meetings with Project staff will be held to report on progress and address any challenges encountered during the implementation of these tasks.
