About the position
The Short Term Substitute Para Educator position at Ludlow High School involves providing support to students with special needs in both specialized and general education settings. This role is temporary and requires a commitment of 30 hours per week, focusing on inclusion practices for grades 9-12.
Responsibilities
- Support students with special needs in the SIP & FOCUS Programs.
- Assist in general education classrooms as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement educational plans.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to educators.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or meets federal and state requirements.
