About the position

The Short Term System Administrator position at SYSTOLIC involves providing essential lab support for the development of critical operational SIGINT capabilities. This role requires a strong background in system administration, particularly in troubleshooting and maintaining a government research and development laboratory environment. Candidates must possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph and have relevant experience in both Windows and Linux operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform System Administration to troubleshoot and maintain a stand-alone Government research and development laboratory.
• Support and troubleshoot issues in a lab network, including user accounts and installation of cabling and equipment.
• Work with various operating systems including Linux, Windows, and OS X.
• Manage hardware including Dell servers, switches, network attached storage arrays, and tape drives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' System Administration experience and a technical bachelor's degree.
• Experience in supporting and troubleshooting issues in a lab network.
• Experience in either Windows or Linux operating systems.
• Level 1 IAT certification (e.g., Security+ CE, A+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, Network+ CE, SSCP, CISSP) is required.
