About the position

NewSouth Window is seeking a Show and Events Marketer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in setting appointments for shows and events, where the primary responsibility is to engage with homeowners and facilitate appointments for NewSouth Windows. The position requires a proactive approach to customer communication and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent customer service skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. While experience in the window industry is preferred, it is not a strict requirement. The Show and Events Marketer will be responsible for various essential duties, including setting up and taking down events, tracking job flows, and ensuring the accuracy of data input into the system regarding metrics, leads, and appointments. Communication with the call center is crucial to maintain accuracy and efficiency. The role also involves regular interaction with Market Presidents and General Managers to ensure alignment and effectiveness in operations. The candidate must maintain documentation in the Lead Processing (LP) system and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, ensuring all appointments and results are meticulously recorded and followed up on. Responsibilities

  • Setting appointments as per the daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Communicating with the call center to ensure accuracy
  • Setting up and taking down of shows and events
  • Tracking flow of jobs
  • Confirming accuracy of data for input in the system on metrics, leads, and appointments
  • Communicating as needed with Market Presidents / General Managers
  • Proactive with customer communications
  • Keeping up on all appointments and results
  • Assisting in scheduling and working with staff
  • Maintaining documentation in LP and CRM

Requirements
