About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Social Media Manager and Host to join our innovative team. This unique role combines social media management with the ability to serve as the face and voice of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies while also scripting, planning, hosting, shooting, and editing engaging behind-the-scenes content. This position requires a creative storyteller and strategic thinker capable of traveling overseas to document captivating origin stories.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and on-camera hosting, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Strong skills in scripting, content planning, and video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including flexibility with schedules.

• Familiarity with public relations and influencer collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-camera host for social media platforms and video content, presenting engaging narratives.
• Create, script, and execute plans for video shoots, including behind-the-scenes content with the founder and team.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement innovative social media marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts and responding to comments.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance and adjust strategies.
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to amplify brand messaging.
• Travel to origin locations to document brand stories and produce immersive content.
• Conduct on-site interviews and capture authentic moments.
