About the position

We are seeking a skilled contractor to undertake a shower remodel project in Oakland. The primary objective is to divide a large shower in half and relocate the washer and dryer to the space previously occupied by the shower. The contractor must be proficient in tile work, as the new shower design will feature tile installation.

Responsibilities

• Complete the shower remodel by dividing the existing large shower in half.
• Relocate the washer and dryer to the space where the shower was located.
• Cut and lay tile for the new shower design.
• Remove the old shower and debris, transporting it to the dump.

Requirements

• Proven track record in bathroom remodels, specifically shower installations.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical work, and tiling.
• Must have all necessary tools to complete the job, including a tile cutting saw.
• Own a truck or reliable vehicle for transporting materials and tools.
• Proficient in general construction and trades skills.
