About the position

The Showroom Coordinator/Content Writer at Valet Custom Cabinets & Closets is responsible for creating a unique boutique experience for customers while providing administrative support to the design and management teams. This role combines customer service with content creation, focusing on enhancing the brand's visibility through engaging marketing materials and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones
  • Greet guests in the showroom
  • Educate customers on Valet's products and services
  • Process new leads and distribute to sales/design team
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness and appearance
  • Perform administrative tasks to support design and management team
  • Analyze SEO results and stay updated on marketing trends
  • Create and manage blog content and email newsletters
  • Develop on-brand, informative content to improve brand visibility
  • Create and manage email drip campaigns and nurture campaigns

Requirements

  • Retail Sales: 2 years (preferred)
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Commitment to deliver exceptional service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills-Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Suite
  • Passion for luxury products and an eye for design
