Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Assist with social media and internal promotional emails.
  • Introduce clients to our products and answer basic inquiries.
  • Keep the showroom nice and tidy.
  • Occasionally assist with administrative tasks to keep the showroom running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Basic photo editing skills for social media posts and promotional emails.
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
