About the position

We are seeking an experienced and reliable showroom representative for our garage and closet cabinet manufacturing company. This part-time position is located at our satellite showroom in the Palladio shopping plaza in Folsom, CA. The role involves assisting customers, conducting product demonstrations, and managing the showroom environment while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Communicate with customers and help educate about products/services offered to better fit their needs
• Manage and upkeep the showroom
• Schedule appointments by coordinating between the customer and the central office while the customer is present at the showroom

Requirements

• General knowledge of construction and home improvement
• Great customer service skills and sales experience
• Ability to multi-task and engage people in a professional manner in a high-volume setting
• Excellent organizational skills, spelling and English grammar
• Working knowledge of technology and office productivity tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Independent and quick learner with an upbeat attitude
• Reliable transportation to/from work
• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Sales: 2 years (Required)
• Computer literacy: 4 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)

Nice-to-haves

• Bi-lingual/multi-lingual welcome but not necessary
• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
