About the position
As a Showroom Sales Associate at General Plumbing Supply, you will be responsible for presenting and selling plumbing products to both new and existing customers in a dynamic showroom environment. This role involves managing customer projects from start to finish, including measuring, designing, and ordering products, while striving to meet sales targets and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell products to new and existing customers
- Provide showroom tours
- Manage a job from start to finish, including measuring, designing, selling, and ordering
- Manage your own projects
- Strive to hit agreed upon sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Keep up with industry trends and products
Requirements
- Strong sales focus with the ability to grasp computer systems and product knowledge quickly
- Experience and knowledge of decorative plumbing
- Previous bathroom design experience is a plus
- Knowledge of the ERP Epicor Eclipse is a plus
