Responsibilities

  • Prepare customer sales tickets and collect customer payments.
  • Handle phone-in customers with pleasant and courteous etiquette.
  • Follow up with orders and pending orders.
  • Maintain an ongoing understanding of current and upcoming lighting trends.
  • Reach monthly goals in sales and gross margin.
  • Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Sales experience and/or electrical knowledge preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to customers.
  • Ability to operate computers and relevant software.
  • Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.
