About the position
The Showroom Sales Representative at Divine Stoneworks LLC is responsible for guiding homeowners through the sales process of selecting stone countertops. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide product information in-store
- Design kitchen countertop projects and put together quotes
- Follow-up with customers via phone and email
- Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Two years of sales experience required
- One year of home improvement experience preferred
- A friendly, warm personality that enjoys talking to people
- Enjoy designing projects and working with people
- Not afraid to ask for the sale
- Excellent follow-up and attention to detail
- Loves creative problem solving and creating impactful solutions for customers
