About the position

The Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of customers around the Moore Regional Hospital campus. This part-time role involves ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the shuttle bus, as well as providing exceptional customer service to visitors seeking transportation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect the vehicle prior to the start of the shift and report any deficiencies to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of the Shuttle Bus.
• Patrol hospital visitor parking areas to assist visitors seeking transportation.
• Maintain phone communication for escort requests.
• Report any suspicious activity to Public Safety.
• Refuel the vehicle prior to the end of the shift.

Requirements

• Valid NC Driver's License.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Completed Application for Driving Privileges form, with approval from HR.
• Receive and review Firsthealth Driving Privileges Policy Document #057-101PL.
• Exceptional customer service skills when on duty.
