About the position

We are seeking a Photographer to capture images of residential properties in the Lansing area. This side job involves taking detailed photographs of various aspects of the house and placing a lockbox on the property. The role is ongoing, with assignments available whenever we have deals in your area.

Responsibilities

• Take 20-30 photos of the house, including exterior shots from all sides and from the street.
• Photograph the garage and all rooms in the house.
• Capture multiple pictures of the kitchen and utilities.
• Document any interesting features or repairs needed on the house.
• Place a lockbox on the house after completing the photography.

Requirements

• Experience in photography, particularly in real estate or property photography.
• Ability to take high-quality images with attention to detail.
• Access to a camera or smartphone capable of taking professional-grade photos.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with real estate photography best practices.
• Basic knowledge of property features and repairs.
