About The Position
The Siemens Gas Turbine Technical Services Lead (TSL) at Calpine Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting the Gas Turbine Technical Services Director (TSD) by overseeing inspection and maintenance activities for Siemens Gas Turbines across the fleet. This position involves managing outage planning, repair necessities, and ensuring safety and quality in maintenance operations while balancing time, budget, and market requirements. The TSL will also provide technical support, participate in root cause analysis, and supervise OEMs and third-party vendors to ensure efficient generator maintenance.
