About the position

The SIGDEV Analyst 3/Collection Manager role at Weeghman & Briggs involves supporting critical operations within the Federal Government by transforming customer requirements into actionable tasking for frontend systems. This position is essential for collecting, processing, and transmitting information vital to national decision-makers and ensuring the safety of troops. The role requires interfacing with customers, managing collection systems, and providing operational support for SIGINT missions.

Responsibilities

• Perform collection using automated systems and special purpose subsystems to satisfy worldwide joint-service tasking requirements
• Provide operational and mission tasking information to support fleet (surface, subsurface, and air), joint, theater, and national consumers in support of national security requirements
• Manage signals of interest, providing intelligence to customers
• Coordinate site outages to mitigate mission loss and expedite downtime
• Perform signal development analysis across multiple target areas
• Provide operational and mission tasking support for all installed SIGINT mission and survey systems
• Manage collection requirements and develop cross-access collection plans
• Collaborate with customers to align requirements with mission priorities that affect overall collection efforts
• Manage multiple collection systems that produce intelligence and provide efficiency and end-to-end data flow analysis

Requirements

• At least Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in SIGINT development analytic support
• At least five (5) years of experience within the last Ten (10) years with modern digital/optical telecommunications systems and protocols, telephony switching system networks, and/or internet communications
• Demonstrated experience with the FORNSAT mission
• Familiarity with systems and tools used to collect and survey FORNSAT signals

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as an Intelligence Analysis, Mission Manager and/or Collections Manager
• Experience in a customer-facing role
