About the position

SAIC is seeking a Signal Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical expertise and support for the research, development, test and evaluation, fielding, documentation development, configuration management, software engineering, integration, training, and sustainment of Signals Intelligence programs for the United States Marine Corps in North Charleston, SC. The role involves applying advanced analysis skills in the RF domain and utilizing SIGINT analysis tools to interpret complex signal information.

Responsibilities

  • Support research and development of Signals Intelligence programs.
  • Conduct test and evaluation of SIGINT systems.
  • Develop documentation and manage configurations for SIGINT tools.
  • Provide training and sustainment for SIGINT operations.
  • Perform cybersecurity assessments related to SIGINT systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and nine (9) years of related experience; or Master's degree and seven (7) years of related experience.
  • At least 5 years of technical COMINT or ELINT derived signals experience.
  • Experience with supporting signals intelligence operations in Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
  • Proficient with standard Signals Analysis Tool (SAT) suite (COMINT) or Aspen (ELINT).
  • Experience with Distributed Common Ground System or Signals Intelligence systems.
  • Proficient with Linux command line environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with radio waveform analysis and signal externals.
  • Ability to communicate complex signal analysis findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail in identifying anomalies in signal data.
