About the position

The Signal Integrity and Power Integrity Engineering Program Manager at Apple is responsible for leading projects that ensure the technical, quality, and schedule requirements of System on Chips (SoCs) for Apple products are met. This role involves managing development schedules, communicating risks and priorities, and fostering collaboration within the SIPI team and across the organization. The position requires strong leadership and project management skills to drive the resolution of technical issues and maintain visibility with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track development schedules of groundbreaking technologies.
• Communicate status to the project team and executive management.
• Drive resolution of technical issues between multi-functional teams by carefully handling contending needs.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Bring visibility of SIPI to senior management through excellent communications.
• Maintain and develop multi-functional relationships within Apple.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in product development, specifically in signal and power integrity, high-speed SERDES, PLL, or related fields.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and/or project management.
• Electrical engineering background.
