About the position

We are seeking a talented Screen Printer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will know their way around a screen printing shop and will be responsible for printing primarily on tees, bags, sweats, and other products while ensuring that all designs meet client specifications. This role requires technical skills and a minimum of 2 years of screen printing and print shop experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate screen printing equipment: manual press, automatic press, exposing unit, and other shop equipment.
• Maintain quality control throughout the printing process, ensuring accuracy in color and design.
• Prepare screens and inks for printing, including mixing colors as needed.
• Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the printing process to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Keep the workspace organized and clean, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of screen printing and print shop experience is required.
• Experience in operating screen printing equipment is essential.
