Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and maintain data related to sales, inventory, and operations.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to align operational plans with business goals.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to review forecasts and inventory levels.
  • Generate and analyze reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, and operations.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
  • Create data models to support reporting and analytics in Power BI.
  • Integrate data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee the maintenance of existing SQL-based planning tools, ensuring their reliability and accuracy.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.
  • Analyze current SIOP processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and propose solutions to streamline operations, enhance data quality, and improve decision-making.
  • Manage stock lists, ensure meeting calendars are updated, and liaise with IT on master data issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support SIOP decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in SIOP Software, Advanced Excel, Power BI, IBP, and SAP APO.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting related to sales, inventory, and operations.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to design and develop dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
  • Experience in data modeling and integrating data from various sources.
