About the position

The SIS/CRM Administrator at Brazosport College is responsible for the administration and support of the Anthology Student Information System (SIS) and Anthology Reach (CRM), along with related third-party applications. This role involves user support, project leadership, and collaboration with various departments to ensure data quality and system stability. The administrator will serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Anthology on campus, assisting in the development of system extensions and managing integrations with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administration of all aspects of support for the Anthology Student Information System (SIS) and Anthology Reach (CRM).
  • Determines user SIS and CRM needs/problems and provides user support.
  • Researches SIS and CRM needs/problems with Anthology and third-party providers.
  • Creates, pilots, and documents solutions for SIS and CRM issues.
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams from various divisions such as Financial Aid, Admissions/Registrar, and Counseling.
  • Leads cross-functional teams in SIS and CRM related project work.
  • Serves as a functional Anthology Subject Matter Expert on campus.
  • Assists in the development of system extensions and integrations.
  • Collaborates with third-party vendors and contractors on projects regarding workflows, custom reports, and forms.
  • Monitors and reports data quality in collaboration with relevant committees and departments.
  • Assists with data quality management to ensure accuracy and stability of system data.
  • Supports online tools associated with the student information system.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
  • Experience in programming, preferably SQL & C#.
  • Experience working on SIS, preferably with Anthology.
  • At least three years of experience in user support of complex information systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented work habits.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written), including strong customer relations skills.
  • Demonstrated ability working with culturally diverse populations.
