About the position

The Site Account Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the manufacturing of commercial autologous cellular immunotherapy products by coordinating patient treatment schedules and serving as the primary point of contact for treatment site scheduling. This position requires a motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for scheduling at assigned treatment sites.
• Create and maintain patient schedules in collaboration with treatment and manufacturing sites.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by troubleshooting and developing solutions for any scheduling issues.
• Input and maintain patient scheduling data in the system.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams via phone and email.
• Execute exception processes like product returns, replacements, and out-of-spec products.
• Train treatment sites on scheduling and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Previous work in customer service, call center operations, patient services, account management, logistics, or supply chain is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and handle multiple tasks.
• Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
