About the position

The Site Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing all site acquisition activities related to telecommunications projects. This role involves coordinating with service providers, managing site acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with Ericsson standards, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. The manager will also be tasked with problem-solving and continuous improvement within the site acquisition framework.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works with the Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group
• Manage all site acquisition activity including site file audits, RFDS review, and SOW preparation
• Coordinate and prepare submittal documents for LL and regulatory approvals
• Monitor activities of the Service Providers to ensure contract requirements are met
• Prepare regular progress reports and attend coordination meetings
• Ensure quality of service providers meets Ericsson standards and customer expectations
• Maintain good working relationships with customer representatives and project disciplines
• Measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project life cycle
• Ensure proper records are maintained of all Site Acquisition documentation and data

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in telecommunications
• Good knowledge and skills in site acquisition processes
• Ability to identify and solve complicated problems through careful analysis
• Experience in adapting existing procedures and techniques
