About the position

The Site Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing all site acquisition activities related to specific projects, ensuring compliance with processes and procedures while measuring progress against established baselines. This role involves coordinating with service providers, managing site acquisition activities, and ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate works with the Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group
  • Manage all site acquisition activity including site file audits, RFDS review, and SOW preparation assistance
  • Coordinate A&E and/or design services
  • Evaluate engineering requirements and conduct necessary assessments or analyses
  • Prepare and coordinate submittal documents for LL and regulatory approvals
  • Manage LL notification processes including preparation, submittal, and tracking
  • Ensure LL consent is obtained through proper documentation and tracking
  • Oversee regulatory approval processes including zoning and BP or EP submissions
  • Identify and manage all work required to complete and acquire NTP
  • Assist civil work and installation teams with LL or regulatory agency interactions
  • Monitor activities of Service Providers to ensure contract compliance and milestone achievement
  • Solve site acquisition problems encountered by Service Providers
  • Enforce adherence to implementation schedules and guidelines
  • Prepare regular progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings
  • Ensure quality of Service Providers meets standards and customer expectations
  • Maintain good working relationships with customer representatives and project disciplines
  • Coordinate activities to align with project goals and objectives
  • Measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain proper records of all Site Acquisition documentation and data in Site Handler
  • Identify and solve complicated problems requiring careful analysis
  • Contribute actively to improvement and change initiatives
  • Work independently.

Requirements

  • Job-related experience with site builds over 200 sites
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in a related field
  • Registered PE
  • Real Estate licensed professional
  • Law Degree
  • Certified legal practitioner
