About the position

The Site Acquisition Manager at Collins Consulting is responsible for overseeing all site acquisition activities, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. This role involves coordinating with service providers, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders to achieve project goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works with the Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group.
• Manage all site acquisition activity including site file audits, RFDS review, and SOW preparation assistance.
• Evaluate engineering requirements and coordinate preparation of submittal documents.
• Prepare and track LL notifications and consents, ensuring proper documentation is submitted and acknowledged.
• Assist with regulatory approvals, including zoning and BP or EP submissions.
• Identify and manage all work required to complete and acquire NTP, handing off to the services delivery team.
• Provide assistance to civil work and installation teams regarding site access and design modifications.
• Monitor activities of Service Providers to ensure contract requirements and milestones are met.
• Prepare regular progress reports and attend coordination meetings to discuss project status.
• Maintain quality of Service Providers' work in line with Ericsson standards and customer expectations.
• Ensure all project disciplines are aligned with project goals and objectives.
• Measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain proper records of all Site Acquisition documentation and data.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in vendor management.
• Mid-level qualifications in site acquisition and project management.
