The Site Acquisition Manager at Fusion Solutions Inc. is responsible for overseeing all site acquisition activities related to small cell and new build projects. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the site acquisition process, from the initial propagation model and RF design to the acceptance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The manager will ensure that all service providers adhere to Ericsson's processes and procedures, measuring progress against established baselines and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. The position may require some travel to office or customer meetings, typically once per quarter, and involves significant coordination with various stakeholders, including external service providers and internal teams. In this role, the Site Acquisition Manager will coordinate work with service providers and other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group. Responsibilities include managing all site acquisition activities, conducting site file audits, reviewing RF design specifications, assisting in the preparation of statements of work, coordinating architectural and engineering services, and evaluating engineering requirements. The manager will also oversee the preparation and submission of necessary documents for landowner notifications and regulatory approvals, ensuring that all work required to complete and acquire the NTP is identified and managed effectively. The Site Acquisition Manager will monitor the activities of service providers to ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and milestones. They will prepare regular progress reports and attend coordination meetings to ensure that the quality of service providers meets Ericsson standards and customer expectations. Maintaining a good working relationship with customer representatives and all project disciplines is crucial, as is ensuring that all project activities align with the overall project goals and objectives. The manager will also be responsible for measuring and reporting on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle, while ensuring proper documentation is maintained in Site Handler.
