About the position

The Site Acquisition Manager at Allstates Consulting Services is responsible for overseeing site acquisition, leasing, zoning, and permitting activities related to wireless projects within a designated geographic market. This role involves coordinating various site acquisition activities, ensuring compliance with internal and external expectations, and driving the site acquisition process to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing, zoning, and permitting for approximately 100 sites annually.
• Serve as the primary internal coordinator for all assigned site acquisition activities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on leasing, zoning, and permitting processes in the market.
• Understand internal and external expectations related to schedule, cost, processes, and quality.
• Drive the site acquisition process and manage sub-contractors as applicable.
• Maintain accurate status of all site acquisition activities and communicate updates through reports and meetings.
• Ensure project scope is clearly defined to avoid scope creep and minimize changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Business).
• 2-3 years of site acquisition experience in the telecommunications field.
• Strong negotiation skills with site owners and local jurisdictions.
• Experience working with a team of site acquisition personnel.
• Intimate knowledge of wireless site acquisition methodologies and processes, including leasing, zoning, and permitting.
• Experience with database management and industry program tracking tools (e.g., Siterra, CCI Sites).
• PMP certification is a plus.
