About the position

The Site Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying and securing new properties for billboard leases, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role involves strategic planning to maximize property value and managing tenant relations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Work to find new property for billboard lease
• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of new leases
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize property value and tenant satisfaction
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address any repairs or maintenance needs
• Manage tenant relations, including addressing complaints and resolving conflicts
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and meets safety standards

Requirements

• Knowledge of billboard industry
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Knowledge of real estate law and regulations
• Proven experience in acquiring leases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of experience in Real Estate
• 3 years of experience in Billboard Leasing
• Valid Real Estate License
