About the position

The Site Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing all site acquisition activities related to telecommunications projects. This role involves coordinating with service providers, managing site acquisition processes, ensuring compliance with client procedures, and facilitating communication between various stakeholders. The manager will also monitor project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate works with the Service Providers and any other disciplines that interface with the Site Acquisition group
• Manage all site acquisition activity including site file audits, RFDS reviews, and SOW preparation
• Coordinate A&E and/or design services
• Evaluate engineering requirements and prepare submittal documents
• Manage LL notifications and consent processes
• Ensure regulatory approvals are obtained, including zoning and BP or EP submissions
• Identify and manage all work required to complete and acquire NTP
• Assist civil work and installation teams with site access and design modifications
• Monitor activities of Service Providers to ensure contract requirements are met
• Prepare regular progress reports and attend coordination meetings
• Maintain quality standards and good relationships with customer representatives
• Measure and report on budget, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure proper records are maintained for all Site Acquisition documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years experience in site acquisition or related field
• Experience with site builds over 200 sites
• Registered PE, Real Estate licensed professional, Law Degree, or Certified legal practitioner
