About the position

Join Our Team as a Site Acquisition Manager! Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Site Acquisition Manager to join their team. As a Site Acquisition Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Department, supporting the Site Acquisition and Engineering Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of site acquisition projects, including site file audits, RFDS review, and coordination of A&E or design services. You will collaborate with service providers and other relevant parties to ensure all site acquisition requirements are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking documents for landlord and regulatory approvals, including zoning and building permits. You will also identify and resolve site acquisition challenges encountered by service providers and prepare regular progress reports while participating in coordination and progress meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of site acquisition activities, including site file audits and RFDS review.
• Coordinate A&E or design services for site acquisition projects.
• Collaborate with service providers and stakeholders to meet site acquisition requirements.
• Prepare, submit, and track documents for landlord and regulatory approvals, including zoning and building permits.
• Identify and resolve site acquisition challenges encountered by service providers.
• Prepare regular progress reports and participate in coordination and progress meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in site acquisition or related fields, with experience managing large projects preferred.
• Relevant certifications, such as PE, Real Estate License, or legal qualifications, are advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Familiarity with engineering and regulatory requirements for site acquisition.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in telecommunications industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of project management software and tools.
