About the position

As a Site Acquisition Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the Project Management Department, supporting both the Site Acquisition and Engineering teams. This position is designed for individuals who possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. You will be responsible for overseeing all site acquisition activities, which include conducting audits, reviewing RFDS (Radio Frequency Design Specifications), and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure that all project requirements are met efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will ensure that all documentation and submissions for regulatory approvals are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. You will manage relationships with various service providers, ensuring that contract requirements and project timelines are adhered to. Regular project reporting will be a key responsibility, where you will prepare and present progress reports that highlight key milestones and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Collaboration is essential in this position, as you will work closely with both internal and external teams to ensure that project goals and objectives are met. Your ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously will be critical to your success in this role, as will your technical knowledge of engineering requirements and regulatory processes related to site acquisition documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all site acquisition activities, including audits and RFDS reviews.
  • Ensure all documentation and submissions for regulatory approvals are accurate and timely.
  • Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring contract requirements and project timelines are met.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years in site acquisition, with experience in small cell/new build projects preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or certifications such as Real Estate License, PE, or Law Degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with engineering requirements, regulatory processes, and site acquisition documentation.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal communication to coordinate with various stakeholders.
