About the position

The Site Acquisition Project Manager will oversee site acquisition activities within the telecommunications sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing vendor relationships. This role is crucial for coordinating design services and facilitating cross-functional collaboration to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site acquisition activities, including audits, RFDS reviews, and coordination of design services.
• Ensure all documentation and submissions for regulatory approvals are accurate and timely.
• Manage relationships with Service Providers and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports, highlighting key milestones and addressing any issues.
• Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project goals and objectives are met.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years in site acquisition, with experience in small cell/new build projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or certifications such as Real Estate License, PE, or Law Degree.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
• Familiarity with engineering requirements, regulatory processes, and site acquisition documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
