About The Position

We are currently seeking qualified individuals to join our growing concrete crews within our Site Division. This position encompasses various roles, including concrete finishers, skilled laborers, and foremen. As a Concrete Finisher/Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the construction of concrete forms to ensure proper alignment and structural integrity. You will set up concrete forms to the specified pitch, depth, and alignment accurately, install reinforcing rebar or wire mesh, and utilize various tools to spread, level, and smooth concrete surfaces. Monitoring environmental conditions to manage the curing process effectively is also a key part of this role. Additionally, you will shape expansion joints and edges, coordinate with truck drivers for concrete pouring, and adhere to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. For those applying for the Concrete Foreman position, you will provide leadership and motivation to crews of 5 to 6 individuals. This role requires interpreting blueprints and project plans, planning and scheduling manpower and materials, maintaining daily logs, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. You will also assist with the duties of concrete finishers and laborers as needed to ensure project completion and success.
