About the position

The Site Content Specialist will collaborate with the Site Content Manager, Site Merchants, and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategic content aimed at enhancing customer engagement, boosting product category sales, and improving natural search results. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience through effective content management and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute site content under the direction of the content manager that drives engagement, sales, and provides a positive omnichannel customer experience.
• Produce content optimized for all shopping devices and tailored to meet the needs of individual markets through personalization.
• Create and manage content briefs, wireframes, and marketing jobs for all campaigns and special projects.
• Assist with the communication of content plans and performance to various business partners.
• Partner with site merchandisers to ensure clear and optimized navigation from all content assets.
• Fulfill all content requests according to the brief before passing the final brief to the content manager for review and the front-end development team for execution.
• Validate all content prior to launch to assure a superior customer experience.
• Maintain performance dashboards that measure the success and opportunities within each campaign and gather actionable information for immediate and future content implementation.
• Lead and solicit competition analysis through routine benchmarking.
• Document inspiration and emerging trends and share findings with internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Digital Retailing, Merchandising, or Marketing.
• 3 years of ecommerce experience or in a similar role.
• Experience with Salesforce (or similar ecommerce platforms), Web Analytics Tools, and Excel.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to clearly articulate and implement a focused plan.
• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and drive decision-making processes.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
