About the position

The Site Controller at TAT Technologies Ltd is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the site, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and managing the financial close cycle. This role involves collaboration with various teams to maintain accurate financial reporting and internal controls, while also supporting the overall financial strategy of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Direct reporting to the Group Director of Accounting
• Perform Monthly / Quarterly financial close cycle
• Complete financial reports and routines with high level of quality in a timely manner
• Ensure SOX Compliance
• Manage all accounting routines, working with the financial team to create internal controls, routines, and policies
• Identify solutions for discrepancies in financial reports
• Manage all aspects of the General Ledger
• Work with the finance team on process improvements
• Assure inventory accuracy
• Collaborate with the group's finance team
• Work collaboratively with all 3rd party audits including PWC, Internal, & SOX
• Collaborate with site managers and employees

Requirements

• CPA preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 2-5 years' experience as a controller or assistant controller, or deep accounting background preferably in manufacturing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with ERP systems
