About the position
The Site Coordinator at BlueCrest is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of electro-mechanical equipment while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to manage tasks effectively and supervise a team. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive or equipment repair and be committed to delivering superior service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot customer-reported problems
- Monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction
- Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations
- Manage a queue of calls to ensure timely customer contact and quality incident closure
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment
- Strong experience working on electro-mechanical equipment
- Minimum of two years proven experience in building and enhancing customer relationships
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable transportation to travel to and from customer locations
- Ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 50lbs
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in business machine repair, printer, inserter, sorter service
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Energetic self-motivated with a positive attitude
