About the position

The Site Development Civil Engineer at GRAEF is responsible for overseeing various site development projects, managing project finances, and actively participating in the design process. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Responsibilities

• Project oversight including setting priorities and developing objectives.
• Project financial management.
• Hands-on involvement in the design process.
• Serve as a technical resource for a multi-disciplined team.
• Project engineering and management.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced multi-discipline environment.
• Interact successfully with clients and internal team members.
• Participate in professional society involvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of design experience in site development, grading, drainage, storm water management, and permitting.
• Experience managing a wide variety of site development projects and working with clients.
• PE in Wisconsin, or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Experience with Civil 3D software, hydrology, and hydraulic software is a plus.
