About the position

The Site Manager at Eckerd Connects is responsible for overseeing classroom activities and ensuring that staff adhere to lesson plans while creating a conducive learning environment. This role involves maintaining participant records, enhancing training methods, and developing program improvement initiatives. The Site Manager will also coordinate with local and state agencies for various events and manage participant recruitment and orientation.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise classroom activities and ensure adherence to lesson plans.
  • Maintain accurate participant records including assessments and case management.
  • Enhance training and instructional methods to reinforce learning.
  • Develop program improvement initiatives and manage employee relations.
  • Coordinate with local and state agencies for training site selection and special events.
  • Identify solutions for transportation issues and conduct participant orientations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University.
  • 2+ years of work experience in the business or educational field.
  • Experience in management and working with the targeted population.
  • Valid state driver's license and ability to meet auto insurance requirements.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen in compliance with workplace policies.
