About the position
The Site Manager will oversee the operations of a new Express Car Wash in South Atlanta, GA, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of staff and schedules. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy outdoor work and thrive in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Express Car Wash.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Create and manage employee schedules.
- Hire and train new employees.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the car wash equipment.
- Work outdoors and engage with customers directly.
Requirements
- Management experience in a customer service environment.
- Ability to work 45 hours a week, including weekends.
- Proximity to the work location (within 20 minutes).
