About the position

The Site Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization's site locations. This position encompasses a variety of functions including customer and clinical support, human resources assistance, facilities management, and employee engagement activities. The coordinator is responsible for managing legal and regulatory postings, supporting clinical education, and overseeing onboarding processes for new hires. Additionally, the role involves administrative support for site leadership and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer and clinical support functions critical to site operations.
• Assist with human resources support including onboarding and employee engagement activities.
• Manage 3rd party records requests and facilities management tasks.
• Oversee legal and regulatory postings in the agency office.
• Conduct Day One New Hire Orientation for new employees.
• Support clinical education processes and manage clinical resources/materials.
• Track and monitor recruitment and retention activities as directed.
• Maintain accurate digital employee personnel files and oversee credentialing needs.
• Act as a liaison between employees and Corporate Human Resources.
• Provide administrative support functions for site leadership.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of two years customer service experience.
• Minimum one year of medical office related experience preferred.
• Two years of payroll related experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
