About the position

The Site Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of CommonSpirit Health's site locations. This position encompasses a variety of functions including customer and clinical support, human resources assistance, facilities management, and employee engagement activities. The coordinator is responsible for onboarding new hires, managing legal and regulatory postings, and supporting clinical education processes, all while maintaining a friendly and professional environment for both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform customer and clinical support functions critical to site operations.
  • Assist with human resources support and 3rd party records requests.
  • Manage facilities and oversee talent acquisition onboarding processes.
  • Support employee engagement activities to enhance retention.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and greet customers promptly and professionally.
  • Manage legal and regulatory postings in the agency office.
  • Provide administrative support to site leadership, including billing denials and vendor management.
  • Oversee clinical education processes and manage clinical resources.
  • Conduct Day One New Hire Orientation for new employees.
  • Manage new hire access forms and order necessary technological equipment.
  • Track and monitor recruitment and retention activities as directed.
  • Complete documentation for employee information changes and act as a liaison with Corporate HR.
  • Maintain accurate digital employee personnel files and oversee credentialing needs.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years customer service experience.
  • Minimum one year of medical office related experience preferred.
  • Two years of payroll related experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and systems.
