About the position

The Site Operations Product Owner, Senior Analyst at Whirlpool Corporation is responsible for leading the eCommerce experience across digital properties, focusing on direct-to-consumer (D2C) interactions. This role involves managing a team of contractors, prioritizing user-centric solutions, and enhancing operational efficiency to improve consumer engagement and product visibility. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset and a passion for creating meaningful digital experiences that resonate with consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of contractors on the Authoring Enablement team and coach them to ensure project timelines and goals are being met
  • Serve as the bridge between D2C sales and CDJ (Consumer Decision Journey) product teams to decide what needs to get built to deliver the appropriate business outcomes
  • Use creativity and collaboration to find solutions to problems, while maximizing return on effort
  • Prioritize and write stories to translate high-level consumer and business needs
  • Optimize time-to-market and operational efficiency through process improvements, enhancing consumer engagement and product visibility, and ensuring optimal performance of Core Web Vitals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in a digital product management or product owner role

Nice-to-haves

  • Degree in Software Development, Design or Marketing
  • Agile / Product Management Certification
  • Experience working with analytics, A/B testing and user research tools
  • Previous experience in software, web development or eCommerce
  • High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, combined with strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence
